How often
do you receive shipments?
We always receive 3-4 shipments a week and sometimes more.
These shipments can be brought in Monday thru Saturday. Shipments never some
in on the same days they're different every week. Our shipments come in depending on when the builders
contact us or when we know we have trucks coming in from North Carolina or
from
our other brand new furniture distributors.
Can I put a piece on hold,
layaway or a deposit down?
Unfortunately we do not do any of these. All items at
Gently Touched Furnishings need to be purchased in full. We can not make any
exceptions to this rule, due to our limited floor space and need for quick
movement. We do however take all major credit cards, checks and cash.
Can I return, exchange or
get store credit?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Sorry, but we can not make any
exceptions to these terms. Since we move the inventory in our store very
fast and work with many different builders ,we do not honor any of these.
Please make sure by taking any measurements needed for the pieces in your
home and by checking any furniture pieces from the model homes for any flaws
before purchase.
Are the prices negotiable?
Sorry the are firm until a piece has been in the store for 30
days, before then we cannot reduce the price . After that they get reduced
10 to 30% of the price. Pieces that are reduced will have a yellow tag. If a
piece is scratched or dented from the model , we are well aware of this &
the piece are priced accordingly & will sometimes sell "AS IS", with no
money taken off.

How many days do I have to
pickup my purchased pieces?
Pick ups must be made no longer than 3 days of purchase
because of our limited floor space. Unfortunately our guys aren't always in
the store, they are on the road making deliveries or picking up new models.
For pickups please have 2 strong people to move the furniture out of the
store. If you do not have 2 strong people and only have one please give us a
courtesy call to see if we have another guy to help you load your pickup. If
this can not be done then we can schedule for delivery. Please provide the
proper packing equipment such as ropes& blankets, we can not lend any of
these to you.
Can I purchase furniture
here online?
No, sorry we are not equipped to sell any items from our
